Cow Herd

Our cowherd is based on cows imported from Saskatchewan and Alberta.  We have continued to breed many straight Canadian cattle, but use semen from some American (3159, 727) bulls.

Embryo transfer is a large part of our breeding program and we are currently flushing the third generation of females produced by ET.  By producing a large number of top replacement females for selection each generation and breeding and flushing to proven bulls we believe we are producing Hereford cattle with unequalled performance.  Just as important to you is the fact they are selected to perform on Missouri fescue.
